Ikram Estimation Services was founded by a Cost Estimation Engineer with more than thirteen years across GCC construction — including Aramco-standard projects spanning civil and MEP disciplines. That background means your numbers are produced by someone who understands how drawings translate into real quantities, real sequences, and real money on site.

We work the way a good in-house team would: reading the full set, questioning the gaps, and handing back something you can defend in a bid review. The result is estimates that hold up — for contractors, subcontractors, developers and consultants who need to price with confidence.
